I have spent a career of over 40 years working for government at all levels either directly or under contract. I spent the majority of his career as a manager on multi billion dollar government projects where he received many commendations and awards for finding innovative solutions and saving millions and millions of public dollars.

The last six years of retirement I have been an unpaid volunteer on numerous government committees, commissions and a board.
